Your Yukju Mansin report is digital content, generated individually from the birth data you provide and delivered immediately after purchase. Because our orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, Paddle is the seller of record and handles all payments and refunds. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply in addition to this policy; where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you prevails.
1. Full refund
- Before you open the report: if you have not opened any chapter of the full report, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
- Delivery failure: if your payment went through but the report was never delivered, we refund in full with no time limit.
- Duplicate purchase: if you were charged twice for the same chart, we refund the duplicate in full.
- Material defect: if the report is empty, truncated, or generated from the wrong birth data, we refund in full — even if you have already opened it.
2. When the right to withdraw ends
Once you open the first chapter of the full report, delivery of the digital content has begun and the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies, except in the cases of material defect described above. This is disclosed on the checkout screen before you pay, and you are asked to acknowledge it there.
The free preview is provided at no charge and is therefore not subject to refund.
3. How to request a refund
- Email melis_-_sa@hanmail.net with your Paddle order reference (shown on your receipt) and a short description of the problem. You may also contact Paddle directly.
- We respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–10 business days to post the credit.
- Refunds are issued in the currency you were charged. We do not control exchange-rate movement between the purchase and the refund.
4. Effect of a refund
When a refund is completed, your access to the purchased report ends. Any copy stored in your browser stops being licensed to you and will no longer open.
